Please ensure you have adequate supplies of water for your guests, particularly in the hot and humid summer season. Also for the those who may have large numbers of guests who are non-drinkers, please ensure you have enough soft drinks.

Uki and surrounds regularly get some classic electrical storms. Flooding can vary to moderate, with waters rising and falling relatively quickly to catastrophic flooding in the greater Northern Rivers area both in 2017 and 2022. Then lastly the stray cyclone, Alfred, graced us with presence in March 2025, causing flooding and power outages. With such events, communications and connectivity will falter.
Please always have a backup plan, should any bad weather be predicated close to your time of event.
