* Bronze midweek is flat rate all year

* 10% surcharge will apply to any wedding falling on a New Year's Eve. 

* any event falling on a Public Holiday will be charged at $60 per hour. 

For guest numbers over 100: $700Low/ $800 High for 2 RSA trained bar staff for 8 hours.

What's included?

- Service of your choice of packaged beer, wine, sparkling wine, non-alcoholic drinks and water station

- Alcohol and Glassware is BYO, meaning you supply it, and we'll serve it.

- Liaising with your chosen people

- Replenishing of stock, ice and glassware

- Clearing tables of empty glasses, cans, bottles, removing used disposable plates, napkins

6-hour Beverage Service $270 Low/$300 High for up to 100 guests

8-hour Beverage Service $370 Low/$400 High for up to 100 guests

Sometimes. life gets in the way of the things we want to do, when we want to do it. 

Happy to accommodate rescheduling of wedding/event at no extra charge, due to severe weather events, subject to availability and of course, safety/accessibility issues. 

If for some other reason, you choose not to ahead with planned event, please let me via email know as soon as possible.  Any payments received prior to 28 days before event will be happily refunded. However, any cancellations made within 28 days of event will not be refunded. .
